The global corporate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiative was a special project that several teams of go-getting designers had the opportunity to concept for, pitch, and win. I was honored to play the role of team captain, and driving force behind the winning idea: Courageous Together.
Our best qualities stem from varied cultures, gender, religion, and life experiences. Respect for each individual builds courage and courage allows ideas to be shared and to grow. Courageous Together embodies the idea that all cultures, genders, and individual life experiences strengthen the whole.
